Process
How It Works
A straightforward path from quote request to a scheduled wash, with clear roles for us and for the independent contractor.
Step 1: Tell us about your fleet
Submit the quote form with vehicle counts, vehicle types, your location, the service you want, and how often you want it. The more specific you are about site access and timing, the more accurate the contractor's quote will be.
Step 2: Get connected with a local fleet-washing professional
We review the request and work to match it with an independent contractor in our network who serves that market and handles that type of work. Matching depends on the contractor's current capacity, equipment, and service radius.
Step 3: Schedule your service
You and the contractor confirm scope, timing, and pricing directly, then set either a one-time visit or a recurring cycle. Ongoing scheduling changes are handled between you and that contractor.
What we do — and what we don't
- We collect fleet details and route them to independent local contractors.
- We do not perform washing and do not employ wash crews.
- We do not set contractor pricing or guarantee availability in any specific location.
- Scope, scheduling, and results are the responsibility of the contractor you hire.
What affects your quote
Fleet size, vehicle types, current condition, location, site access and water availability, service frequency, and the specific services requested. A recurring program is typically priced differently from a one-time cleanup of heavily soiled equipment.
